Staff Development Program Conducted on 2-2-2013 :

Staff development program was started morning at 9.30am. Program was inaugurated by Dr.K.Rama Krishnaiah Principal Nova college of Engineering and Technology, Dr. J.Srinivasa Rao Principal Nova P.G College and Our Chief Guest                 Dr. Solomon Arulraj David, Assistant Professor, Education Dept, SRM University, Chennai
Welcome address was given by Prof. Dr.P.Selvam Principal., Nova College Of Pharmacy. After  our chief guest Dr.Solmon Arulraj David has given his valuable lecture. He mainly discussed about Communication Skills and other aspects regarding Personality Development, Concentration, How to improve Job Skills, Money Management, Technical Skills, How to Interact with people.

He also Interacted with faculty and students and discussed about Teaching, Learning, Reading, Listening and Writing. The program was mainly conducted for the improvement of Technical skills as well as ability of students to face their several of interviews. It is very useful to faculty and also for students. This program was mainly focused final year students. The program was held for two sessions, morning and evening.

In morning session organized for students and faculty and discussed about Communication Skills. In evening session was exclusively for staff and final year B.Pharm students, He was also interacted with faculty for an hour and discussed Teaching-Learning process. At last students also interacted with him and collected valuable suggestions from him, at the end of the program staffs and Principal respected the chief guest Dr.Solmon Arulraj David by a memento.
